We are so excited to go home this coming weekend! I cannot wait to meet my uncles and my great-grams and my great-aunts and uncles and second cousins and parent's friends--it will be so fun! mom started back to work last week, on the 18th, so she has not had a whole lot of time to blog--but here is one before we hit the road--or should I say, my first flight!. in this series--mom had a b-day party--it was fun, but hard work for pap, caus eI have decided tha tI hate the bottle adn will not take it--from anyone, including the babysitter, so mom has to come home from work at lunch to nurse me, or Iwould go forever without eating--we are getting ready to try some new nipples, hopefully i will like them better--cause i dunno wha tto do if not, i am still a little guy according to the doc...most of my friends are 3 or more pounds heavier than me--but i am healthy, so that's all that matters...love to all.

so this post is mainly just pics, cause I have a bunch of cute ones--but i want to say that i love my auntie em--she and i have totally bonded. I am also loving the family walks and bike rides! I am bummed mom goes back to work on Monday:( I have a babysitter lined up, her name is Bri, she is nice, i hope we get along good--I know we will!

A weekend of Firsts

This weekend my granpaw hayes came to visit for the first time. then for the first time i went on a bike ride. we went to breakfast first, then to the farmers market, it was so nice out. then on the next day, we went for a really long (12 mile) bike ride, during which we stopped off, so I could dip my feet in the river for the first time. It has been a great visit so far!!! Oh, and dad got his new belgium cruiser bike for his 1 year anniversary with the company, so we threw in a pic of that for you all too.

I love the cradle

this cradle was made by my granpaw for my papa and then my aunt em and uncles mike and pete used it too. we have had it for a while, but just started putting me in it, cause mom was really worried abt the blankets when I was littler. i really like being rocked and think this might be one of my new favorite places. You can look at the time stamp to see how quickly I fell asleep in it.
